We use durable anodized aluminum or stainless steel tubing, designed as a folding mechanism, with the frame securely fixed in special plastic holders on a polyamide base. The kit may include tension straps made of marine-grade nylon. If your boat model does not have pre-installed mounts for a tubular frame, we will custom-make them according to the exact dimensions of your vessel.
The canopy fabric is made from premium acrylic materials such as Sunbrella, Sattler, and Sauleda, which offer exceptional resistance to ultraviolet radiation and high humidity. A site visit from our craftsmen ensures precise tensioning and optimal structural stability of the product.
